THE BEAUTY OF GOD

The beauty of God
who can try,
light for your path
right across the meadow.
When things go rough
he makes you tough,
beauty for your ashes
till dusk becomes dawn.
Full of Good
even when you cry,
alone on your warpath
right through your most low.
When you're full of patches
from the earthly scratches,
tied in human shackles
till night be all spent.
His word be your food
fresh and dry,
crispy like cracker
till you get thirsty.
When you drink his word
you night become day,
then you know weeping ends
at your break of dawn.
The beauty of God
You need to pry,
readers become leaders
learn all you can
His mercy for your mistakes
graced to your lifting,
Strength to carry-on
Your new day has begun.
***Of all things that seems earthly important, God is all you will ever need, you can never be pleased with life till He is pleased with you. Without faith it's impossible to please God. (Heb. 11:6)
