The 9th Noon

“The 9th  Noon”

Rain Clouds before the calm,
Sit there with a blueish-grey grump,
About to frump, about to dump,
About to snuff the daylights out,
.......... on an unseen late spring noon.

You're ruffling up those blinds -
curtains:
Swelling a sail o'er land.
I stare out to the grumpy cold north,
'cause of the wind, that traveled from South.

I am about,
To STEP-OUT!
