Thank You Eternal Jesus

Ronald Bunch 1982 (Grand Rapids)

God is there, He does care,
He loves us like the fountain of our youth,
Unconditionally.

Even though we love others unconditionally,
We don't all the time receive love back,
The way God loves,
Always.

If we reach down and find the truth
What will our next move be?
Will we not make the choice for revenge
Instead of justice?
Let love stand, even if we are just sand.

Oh God, let us see the truth,
That Jesus is our strong tower.
He's the one who seals our fate,
Yet not for hate.

Thank you eternal Jesus,
You give rest to those who are stray sheep,
If only we believe Lord.

Thank you eternal Jesus,
You sanctify us with your blessing grace,
You lift us up when we're down,
You turn our frown,
Now it's a smile for a mile.
