Words, It's what we are, of that I'm sure
you hear, you say them, some good, some bad,
We look away, there was a time, we thought so pure
you heard my words, then we were one, now I feel sad.

We had words, my wife, who was my girl, words no more
the pain I mask, she is gone, hurts to the core,
Those words we had, no point the maybes, we parted
without her words, I miss her so, I'm broken hearted.

Time passes by, the hurt is less, but stays Inside
when we are ready, to talk again, no need to hide,
No gentle nudge, just gentle words, can cure the heart
