Symbolic Realism (A Reverse Metaphor)
Lost in a thought -
Between a hope and a dream
An unexpected promise of unwarranted focus
That which I've sought -
Rips apart at the seams
Connected to the other and losing my locus
Though it may not be pure ecstacy
You've slowly become my muse
If it'd only bloom how I want it to be
I still wouldn't know which one to choose
This house of cards is falling down
and the Joker, laughing, calls my name
The Queen has suffered and aloud she sings
for whimpering clouds to rain her King
Travel the sands of time; an eternity out of reach
the Poet in Exile emerges from the beach
His head in line with the sun on the horizon
Naked, calm, He breathes into Natures soul
Never before has he opened a door -
-Opened a door such as this
A world of passion and yearning for more
-on the lips of existence, they kiss
