We saw him leaping high.
Now his noble spirit can teach us how to fly.
Superman was a savior.
We saw him rescue dames.
Now his noble spirit can help us stake our claims.
Superman was an icon.
We saw him image good.
Now his noble spirit can place us where he stood.
Superman was a seraph.
We saw him evade murk.
Now his noble spirit can make our wonders work.
Superman was a power.
We saw him stopping trains.
Now his noble spirit can dwell inside our brains.
Superman was a human.
We saw him yield to death.
Now his noble spirit can give us fearless breath.
