Suicide

I don't want to hurt anymore
I'm tired of always crying
So I'm leaving behind the one I adore
Ending my life, no longer trying

I walk to the drawer
Pull out my kitchen knife
My self-esteem sinks lower
It's time to take my life

The cold blade against my skin
Sliding smoothly up my arm
The room starts to spin
The blood flows, Sticky and warm

Falling to the blood soaked floor
Breathing shallow, vision blurred
No one allowed in. I locked the door
The smell of death. The demons are lured

Suicide, The unforgivable sin
The Prince of Darkness takes me away
Heaven will never let me in
I close my eyes as the colors fade to gray
