A tiny clink of crystal
A flower on faded blue
A lifetime of love gone bad sad
These memories of you

A crash of metal and glass
A sound like a sudden shout
Something we call divorce of course
These memories get out

The life I push behind me
How hard I try to forget
All that we had before no more
Are memories still yet

Rowine Conley

Writing is not something I do--it's something I am. I have been a wordsmith since before I could write. I have now written 2 novels, 6 children's books, several short stories, and boxes full of poetry. I am now disabled but I still have a day job. I have 7 sisters, a dog and 2 cats (one has only 3 legs), A daughter, numerous "God-daughters", A son, and a few "God-sons". I am Extremely Biblical though I don't really follow organized religion.
