Starships Christmas Eve 1973

LOUISE QUINN 1944 (Waycross)

You watch from above us. We watch with
Eyes fixed upon the heavens. We long to
Catch a glimpse of your presence hovering
Above. You streak across the sky only to
Stop and stare at us. We long to reach
Out our hands in friendship. Fear is
Within us. Your knowledge of dimensions
Escapes us, and we are in awe of you.
But you will break the communication gap,
And we will go to your lands. We will
Fly many light speeds away and pass
Through time and space. We will rearrange
Our molecules and we will colonize the
Stars and explore the unknown as always.
