Splatter Paint

doodlegirl

Pinks and blues
Greens and yellows
Oranges and reds
Purples and browns
Golds and silvers
All splashed against
A white canvas.
More paint!
Indigo!
Cerulean!
Blue Violet!
Hot Pink!
Neon Red!
Caramel!
White apron too big to fit
Wrapped around jeans and red hoodie.
Paint splattered!
Slipish! Splats! Splash!
Arms slinging towards canvas
Paint brush covered in lots of excess paint,
Water the color of something nasty.
Paint in my hair of all colors
Hot pink and black make marks on my face,
Indigo and red make imprints on my hand.
Colors of all kinds splattered on the piece of cotton,
Creating something that looks something like
A rainy night in Las Vegas.
