Spiral

Heart pounding, sweat...confined,
the walls of loneliness close...
the suffocation, lack of sight.
Fear...without chance for reconciliation.

Anger, tight grip, flaming eyes,
explosion within... no fear-pain
Destructive restraint kept hidden.
Power untapped, never to be released.

Tears, to sleep... hunger
hidden behind mask to remain true.
Meltdown of the bleeding heart.
Secluded...the only one wish.

Hope uplifting-frighttened but determined.
Undaunting...selfless but by ones' self,
keeping to the heart...not the mind.
Emotion...roller coaster of life.
