Sorrow

My heart feels empty, completely hollow
Many different paths, laid out for me to follow
Tears trail down, falling down my dry cheeks
For not a word have I heard for weeks
My life feels alone, without any true cause
For my life is filled with too many unchangeable flaws
Alone now I am, alone I shall still be
Until the one can come and completely free me
My mother came to me in a dream late one night
Telling me that I should never give up on my fight
For awaiting me is my one true love dear
But he isn't here for me and never will be, is what I fear
