Something Else

Now the rain has left me
Hold my umbrella
So I can wave at the sun
But keep it within your grasp
As the sun may shine too vibrant
For these eyes
I can not grow
Without occasional cats and dogs
I can not relate unless
I can relate to you
More elaborate than some meadows
You long to walk through in drizzle
If you invite me to your oasis
I will come bearing gifts
To match your assets
All for the benefit of preperation
Because we like to be prepared
Whether it be weather
Or something else
