Soaring Illuminating Aura

i may be young - but you dont have to - rub it in
i may be dumb - but that dont mean a thing - when you're in love
it may be - puppy love - and maybe - i'm your soul mate
you may never know - if you dont give us a chance to
slowly get over the awkward moments
and count the seconds until we make these minutes golden
talk on and on until we fall asleep
wake up in each others arms counting sheep

we're having too much fun to just stop and run away from it
theres gotta be a reason why - i'm feeling all so very numb
it could be the drugs - thats making your aura so illuminating
it could be that look in your eyes - like you just dont give a f*ck

i know we dont know each other that well
but whenever i look into your eyes
i feel like i've known you all my life
and if that isn't love, then i don't know what is
