Snake

No eyelids to hide the shame,
and remain nameless,to blame.
The game you win by slippery means,
able to adapt,to any scene.
Going undetected,
because there is no reflection,to cast.
Shadowless being on the,
surface that lasts.
Scales are slick to the touch,
moving in a zig zag pattern, when you move about.
Fangs are ready to inject,
venom and let it run amok.
Inside the veins,
the remnants of pain,you inflict.
While waiting...for the chance,
to constrict the next,victim.
