Sizzling Summer Sensations

the sensation
of blood flowing through my veins
         the temptation
of doing it over and over again
               the resistance
is not enough to keep me chained
   and i love the elation
of adrenaline pulsating in my veins

                           i bombed a nation
in my dreams..where i escape reality
i laughed through the night then cried in the morning

                       the sensation
of drugs flowing through my veins
                  the temptation
of doing it over and over again
            the resistance
is not enough to keep me away
                   and i love the elation
of endorphins flowing through my brain

                         am i an abomination?
maybe what you see is the illusion
why wait until morning when you can start tonight

   I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE!

                       deprivation
if i cant have it, i wont bother living
                           no hesitation
to get what i want in a violent rage

i remember she used to say
                everythings gonna be okay
       cause tomorrows another day

                     the sensation
of lust flowing through my veins
                             my heart is racing
and im pacing just to see you dance in the rain
                       the temptation
is overwhelming, i'm glad we showed restraint
                               and i love you
just the way you are...dont ever change
