She wept for me

Like a drop of water I pool and lie. I stand on the edge of the sky and look at what the future holds nigh, waiting for something greater than I. There she sat, poised with grace, ahead of me in every way, winning the race. Time would grow long and old, minutes into hours and hours into days, but nothing ever changed, she remained the same. True to thyself, and thyself true to me, nothing could stop a feeling of glee, erupting from my bones I trembled as she looked upon me. Those peacefull eyes, that heartful smile, I was in love with her every mile. There she stared, at me, a while hardly ever moving never breaking the smile. Something changed and she began to frown, a single tear dropped on the ground. Feelings of pain gone astray as she wept for yesterday. My heart was breaking, I couldnt bear it. I had to stop this, but should I dare it? She wept for love and a heart torn open, feelings of love left unspoken. Pain so deep she couldnt reach, she wept for me, oh, she wept for me. There I lie, a jar of ash, burned but not gone, gone but not far. I touched her shoulder and asked her why, but she would not stop this desperate cry. A cry for help, a cry for me, a cry for help oh cant you see? She wept for me, oh she wept for me. A soulless deamon I turned to fly, an angel but in whose eyes? I left my love and broke her heart, leaving her alone in the dark. My life is over but her remains. A loveless life, a hateless brain. A heart torn open, a soul gouged deep. But ill stand by her as long as she weeps. She wept for I oh she wept for I. Eyes like rivers she held me tight, my body gone, my spirit remains, oh how could i be so deranged? She wept for me, dont you see, she wept for days and days turned to weeks, weeks to months. She weeps for years, and years to come, but I have never turned to run. A heart torn open, a soul gouged deep, I still stand and she still weeps. She is my love and I hers, forever enclosed to this cold dark urn.
