Shades Of White, Shades Of Black

Count the many shades of white
See the wide array
Arrange them from pallid gray to ashen moonlight
Count the many shades of truth
See the wide array
Arrange them from shadow play to pragmatic couth
Count the many shades of love
See the wide array
Arrange them from decollete to the turtledove
Count the many shades of trust
See the wide array
Arrange them from underplay to an outright bust
Count the many shades of wealth
See the wide array
Arrange them from bonus pay to clean bills-of-health
Count the many shades of black
See the wide array
Arrange them from an inky tray to a smoking stack
