Serenade

The view of the sun
Is very exciting under the sycamore tree
Shades of love connect you and me
A picnic for lovers
grapes,white wine,cheese sandwiches
As I read poetry from my own creative mind
This is serenade,so beautiful I need shades
To protect my eyes from the radiant glow
Is this charades?
I try guessing your dreams
You riddle me with humor
Don't tell its fun trying to decipher
I'm making a gesture with a mandolin
Beneath your balcony window
To woo you with this love
Let's see where this will go
I'm rolling out the red carpet
For you my love is grand
Just the ideal of making soft notes for you
Let's my heart control my hand
