Satan's Plan

Death, the blackest veil we've seen
Brought on by Satan just to deceive
To destroy all of man's hopes and dreams
You see that was the original scheme
It started with Adam and Eve
The original lie that Satan told Eve
The perfect life was not to be
Death stepped in to conquer the lie
Knowledge and consequences were the alibi
Satan didn't count on a perfect man
Sent to Earth to complete God's plan
He was angry he didn't succeed
And cursed all men with power and greed
His ultimate ploy to all who heed
Is to steal your soul and let you bleed
You see, Satan's time is very well spent
But he didn't want us to repent
To worship God, it riled his vanity
And this was cursed to all humanity
The power play will one day end
When the seal of wrath is broken
And Satan's fate will be atonement
He'll try and hide, but will surely die
And death will come to the original lie
