Running

Don't be surprised when you finally realize
You been running your whole life and not too sure why
Wake up in time got fancy things to buy
Gotta get where you're going it's stamped in your mind
Implanted thoughts can't understand cost
Our job is our soul but unsure where to go
Just digging a black hole back into before
The window is old I can't see through it no more
I'm in the cosmos and I don't give a f*ck
I've already let go and ran out of luck
Naked and jaded and patient and waiting
I'm running in place and getting frustrated
I'm running
