Rope of Life

If life were a rope
I am  hanging on by a thread
We know that life is fragile
In so many ways to count
Our life is just a breath away
Take in account we live among
SEVEN BILLION PEOPLE
Calculate the ways we could
Be snuffed out in a blink of an eye
Traffic jams,airplane flights,common colds
Gone mutating into who knows what
Yet the tread I hold is strong enough
To bind me to those who love me
And gives me hope that my thread
Is one of those twisted together
To make that rope
