Riding the wind

We are riding the wind
Ocean and air on the radius of wings
Embodied into incarnation
To pursue knowledge through maturity
Are brushed into darkness
By our spurring blast
In ceremonial order
Of unprejudiced appraisal.

As pilgrims we speak and walk
In a stately progression
Of inevitable numbers
Before the unrivalled handiwork of God
Calling the stars by name
To weigh you in a balance
No soul so white in its celestial home
Are mingled like eagles and vultures.
