Remembering the past

His heart was full of pain when she died
His eyes were melting nonstop
He thought he was in a bad dream
He slapped himselft over and over to wake up
but reality just laughed at him

Years passed and he had finally recovered from his injury
One day he was in with his brother listening to the music
When suddenly, her favorite music came on
It all came back like it happened only yesterday

He remembered her lovely smile when singing the song
The way he was tired of her singing the same song continuously
But at that moment he was dying to hear her sing just one more time
Tear drizzled from his eyes while thinking of those good old days

His brother asked what happened
Million thoughts were on his mind
He answered in his mind "This is the song I used to tease her with"
But all he said was "Isn't this song just beautiful?" and smiled
