Regrets part V

Part IV - http://www.poetry.com/poems/576534-Regrets-part-lV

I heard there is a war
In a place by the shore
Which I cannot stop
So let's rest and enjoy
Till the life is destroyed
For I won't live too long
As I am not that strong
To witness what's ahead
That can be easily read
By the present state
Which I cannot comprehend

Why there is a war
We don't need more
Than what we have
Is too much for them
So just compel us to live
With whatever that exists
In our adequate land
For our growing demands
Never seem to end

There is nothing that I could do
And there is nothing new
When it's the tale of all times
That the satisfaction is hard to find
As you grow strong
So you steal what belongs
To the helpless weak
Who could never be free

So I will drive the car
To relish the blinking stars
With the company of my friend
While conferring the latest trends
So I could definitely forget
All that beset
But still I wonder why
I really want to cry
For I feel like I could never forget
This fortifying painful regret
