Reflection

Stephen Colley

You’ve noticed that,
wherever sun might lie,
there always shines a single pane
of glass or metal? Whether curved or flat,
to have for once the light without the strain,
however brief, this gives the sun
a point, rejoicing eye.
There’s always one.
