Red Roses

Your love is like beautiful red roses.
The aroma touches my heart.
Every time I look into your astral eyes,
They glisten like perpetual stars.

Your sedative smile apprehends my soul.
Your soothing touch makes my life full.
Your salacious look grows in the night.
Your salient skin seduces mine.

Your love is like beautiful red roses.
Withers away with seasons to come.
As I wrapped my arms around you,
Your thorns felt as though they came from a gun.

Your subjacent love has been subverted.
You have arbitrated my mind and soul.
Your sacred hallmark was hallucinated.
Our venery is now controlled.

Red roses have conjured white nights.
As rays of chaos are pondered on.
Unconditional love is out of sight,
Oh the piercing pain of the undetachable bond.
