Reach Deep within a Darkening Cave

Touch within the whisper clear as all our relations speak
and grasp the message singing clear from the sounds that
spirit drums will make.

Hear the touch as doe hooves shake amidst the steam of
the dead fires ash, then let into your souls true shape
the colours of a pheasants cheek feathers.

Out and into the skies of night above where eagles at
last dawn flew is the bolt of heaven's fury crashing
into our lonely sister moon, now turning a painful
blistered blue.

In the falling ashes of this strike are lives lived long
ago, and into the mouth of this lost world their souls so
long of truth seek desperately to reach in and uncover
the words of fire which dwell deep in the mind of the one
son left by the pyre of a great bear's soul.

Burned in soul, intense of voice, breath given from the
melodies of mother's pipe, his life depends upon those
hands to reach deep within a dardened cave, and find of
him each life within and in him insert the strength of
all who lived in harmony with life.

So by him alone all of the good of humanity he will seek
to bring into this world, as love for all is his alone to save.
