Rage



This rage is creeping up on me
I feel it in my soul
It sears me to the core to think
This rage may take me whole
I spew a little venom here
A little more over there
I soon regret those moments
And grieviously begin to despair
Have I passed the point of no return?
What fuels this morbid fire?
Many questions whirl inside of my head
Yet only one thing do I desire
I desire to love in a true humble way
But my self-righteous speeches singe many
I must try to conquer this inferno
with my will
I must reach for redemption
if there is any
