Prisoner Of Love

Scattered patches of blue and grey
Gone too far to be afraid
Silver clouds swell up to cry
I turn my face up to the sky
Colors run with drops of rain
                                  If you know no love
                                  You feel no pain
                                 Just a prisioner of love

                                 Wild heart know no shame
                                  Nothing ventured nothing gained
Chains to hold back heart of fire
                                  Crystal snow to warm desire
                                  A prisoner of love

                                  Your heart aching
                                  Please stop the pain
                                  Emotionally....ball and chained
                                 Playing over old refrains
                                 Nothing lost nothing gained
                                 Wasting away one more hour
Give it all to gain the power
White dove on an ivory tower
                                  A prisoner of love

A razor in a shakey hand
Just a shadow of a man
On his tear he made a stand
                               Swallowing down the pain
                                Nothing learned nothing gained
                                Facing down the darkest hour
White dove on a ivory tower
                                 A prisoner of love
