Poetry the bane of certainty
The stepchild of philosophy
The back room of psychology
The guttural voice of despondency
The false plateau of morality
The playground of hyperbole
The sinking ship of a life at sea
The note taker of insanity
The last words at our send off to eternity
Poetry how you saved and are destroying me
This minor poet’s Manifest destiny
Such Is all of this life I can see
