Plant a Seed...

I use to dream,
hoping for the unseen,
idolatry a religion,
with nothing to lend...

I use to wish upon a star,
so far away; not able to grasp,
wanting that which I didnt have,
something to just make me laugh...

I use to have hope in people,
more under a steeple,
nightmare stories told,
their soul; to evil they sold...

I use to believe the lies,
while seeking comfort,
a distant ship on the horizon,
rising up; falling down under the sun...

Now I petition to a unseen Lord,
He that rid my discord,
fighting with a double edged sword,
eternity I couldnt afford...

At the bottom of The Cross,
I weeped my loss,
crying; from my knees,
forgive me Jesus, please...

All has been forgiven,
a parable; now living,
writing notes to the unseen,
to you that read; another planted seed...
