Pigeon Or Widgeon

A pigeon’s not a widgeon
It’s a bird
A widgeon’s not a pigeon
It’s a duck
For a smidgen of religion
It’s a word
For religion of a smidgen
It’s amuck
Now every duck’s a bird
Not every bird’s a duck
And all have overheard
Every bird drops or swings
Every bird curves or clings
Every bird bumps or flings
Every bird tracks or wings
Every bird quacks or sings
Every bird hunts or brings
Every bird hops or springs
And with a little luck
Neither bird nor duck
Will be struck by a truck
