Is it really? he said
never thought of it like that
while his hand full of glue
 was sticking at his neck

He did not know what to do
how to get rid of the glue
 he tried everything he could
 yet without resultations

Many people did try to help
but no one had a clue
how to get rid of that sticky stuff
so one day he had enough

He asked a friend to build
 a nice wooden guillotine
that would solve his problem fast
 without any hesitation

 So one day everyone gathered
 at the village square
 everybody was all dressed up
like in the old french way

There was a jester fooling around
 making the people laugh
and when the glueman did arrive
 all the noise stopped

There was the roll of drums
as he climbed up on the stairs
where he laid his head down
so the implementation could take place

The people did not set a basket
 on stage before the guillotine
so when his head got chopped off
it rolled downwards to a dog

The dog opened his mouth and grabbed
the head and shook with it to the right and left
putting the crowd in a state of shock
and leaving them with the misfortune

2023: In a world full of chaos, creativity is one of the helping things to keep yourself sane. ******************************** 2014: A good head and a good heart are always a formidable combination. But when you add to that a literate tongue or pen than you have something very special. - Nelson Mandela - ******************************** I am from the land of tulips and mills. Writing is a need like eating and sleeping. I think we are all wondrous creatures who deserve to love ourselves and live in freedom. I like to participate in cases which can make a difference for myself, my surroundings and the earth. My wish: humanity in a non-dualistic society. more…
