Perceptions

My life flashes before my eyes
I struggle for breath as my will slowly dies.
No more life left inside
no more fears left to hide.
No more time left to fight
no more love left in sight.
No more feelings left to feel
no more attention do I have to steal.
My soul has drifted out from the seams
Empty thoughts yet no one hears my screams.
No more tears left to cry
no more do I have to try.
No more pain left to receive
no more lies left to believe.
No more trust left to give
no more shall this memory live.
