Pearls
I let them hang
They remind of beauty
Of virtuous things
Their whiteness is
Pure as snow
Emitting radiance
An inner glow
Pearls
I wear them proud
They make me fair
They say it loud
And they endure
Extreme distress
They add dignity
To my dress
