Pain And Whiskey

In my head im running in circles
It makes it so hard to see
I don’t know where I am
But in your arms is where I need to be

I need a shot of whiskey
To help knock out the pain
Would you come all this way
Just to rescue me

I don’t feel right without a drink in my hand
I don’t feel as strong as I can be
But in my heart I know it’s killing me
Just cant live without my pain and whiskey

There are just some things I cant live without
Many people say it such a shame
But I wont listen to what you have to say
All I want is my sweet whiskey and pain

I love this bottle of courage
It makes me feel like I can’t be beat
It’s a deadly combination
I just can’t leave it behind

I can’t seem to put you away
When I look in those big brown eyes
Many nights I lay here and wonder
When the hell am I going to die?
