Pain

There is a pain that I get each single day,
that whenever I set eyes on you appears to fade away.
The pain is about the way I love you:
the way that you look, and the things that you do.

I hate this pain that you've given to me,
every day and every night I question if you're the right one to see.
The pain pulls and tears me apart,
its aim and direction goes straight to my heart.

I can't describe this pain that I have

but all I can say is I'd rather be dead.

I wish the pain would go, or you would find a way to change,
or is it too much for one to rearrange,
I need someone to hold me when my life starts to falter.
and help me through my treacherous life, more when I falter.

I really don't know what to do, but I hate going through the pain I do

Just a person who might have suffered more than his fair share of suffering but still lives to tell the tale. Found writing and writing found me. Everything I do is dedicated to my dear Wife and children Emma and Jamie and my mentor Rob Middlehurst. more…
