One Summer Night View

One Summer Night View

We walked along the lake shore,
in the light of a new moon together once more.
He took my hands in his and held them close to his heart,
I could feel it beating strong and rapid right from the start.
He pulled me close wrapping one arm around my waist.
It was then a passionate kiss fell upon my lips with little haste.
Sweet and slow, as if he didn't want to let me go,
the things moonlight can do with it's glow.
?//////////////////? on and on into the night.
never ending, our love took flight.
And with the dawn, still wrapped in his arms,
I fell in love with him and all his charms.
