One kid floating over the cuckoo'S nest

ONE KID FLOATING OVER THE CUCKOO'S NEST
(This is based on true expierences)

Sitting here in the hospital's waiting room
observing the Italian cleaner with a broom
while waiting for my monthly appointment
for that strange buzzing electrical treatment
that they do to me in that cold metal bed,
by putting a headphone thingy on my head!

My gauardian makes me sit up and very still
when the nurse comes with my special pill.
I'm forced to swallow the foul tasting thing
''What a good little boy'' the nurse did sing
'fore she led me into a room of white coats
with official documents and writing notes!

Now I feel a little bit drowsy but not sleepy
as they laid me down I feel I need to pee.
Then they take off my shoes and my shirt
and from my hair they brushed some dirt.
On my temples I feel the cotton-wool dab,
dab, dab, dab dab, one hurt a nearby scab!

The room began to spin and became hazy,
I can hear the tallest doctor say i'm crazy.
Now i'm feeling the old straps tying me in,
click, click, click, click, they hurt my skin
but that went with the nurse's soft hands,
holding my head, I see her plastic bands!

I'm six 'n' half years old, why am I here?
Is it cos i'm different, is that they all fear?
My thoughts begin to make no more sense.
The staff hold me more as I become tense,
as every time I come, it gets more difficult
and the way they treat me is such an insult!

The headphones are placed on me harshly
and sometimes it was put on very rashly.
I hear a noise of a switch on a machine,
a rubber thing put in my mouth, it's green.
ZZZZZap! ZZZZZap! Vibes in my brain,
electricity in my skull, then oh, once again!

Colours float in my young confused mind,
I can just hear the nurse trying to be kind
while preparing the procedure once more,
and my head begins to feel intensley sore.
In my ears I get an annoying type sound
and I wonder if the bed's on the ground!

ZZZZZZip! ZZZZZip! For a half of hour,
spit out the rubber thing, my taste is sour.
I feel like a stoner on a week long binge
that had ran far away to the lunatic fringe
as they dress me in my shirt and shoes.
One side of my head developed a bruise!

I pass out going home on the orange bus
while my gaurdian begin to swear 'n' cuss.
Her words, ''Mental f'n case'' fading away
amongst my drugged state to her dismay,
'cause I'm escaping into my happy place
with a million smiles upon my little face!
