One God

Islam: peace - in God's presence to submit,
anyone or anything bowing to
His will can be considered a Muslim.
Abrahamic tradition - one of three,
a cult Islam definitely isn't.
Five pillars of practice; undertaken
with the very best of effort to be
considered true at the fine core of heart.
Declaration of faith and formal prayer:
five times per day along with fasting in
the month of Ramadan; in daylight hours.
Tax: two point five percent of one's savings,
last but not least, a pilgrimage; Mecca
must be visited once if able to.

Six articles of faith smile - the basic
beliefs which one must have inside of them.
The One God and second, all His prophets,
original scriptures revealed unto
Muhammad, Moses, David and Jesus.
Angels as well as the Day of Judgement
and the Hereafter, the divine decree.
Allah is not just the God of Muslims,
He's the God of all creation; of all
people that dwell under the cool blue sky.
Loving, merciful and compassionate
as well as just and swift in punishment.
Islam is not spread by the sword but it
is spread by the word; taught with sure kindness.
