One Day

One day things will change
One day success won't be unreachable
One day you will love me again
And one day I will be happy again

But today I die inside
My heart burns with fears of loss and failure
Today change is distant
And all I feel is sadness

One day the sadness will fade
One day my heart will be whole again
One day smiles will be frequent
And one day life will be easier

But today I cry
Because the aches will not subside
Today I hide
As it is too difficult to try

One day we will be happy again.
