On MULTIPLE PROFILES AND RIGGED COMPETITION

my post (currently in moderation) as of 12/17/2010:

ANNIE, et al,

when rating a poem, I always scan reviews for familiar and unfamiliar poets, and if I don't know them - I check them out :) That's how it was possible to discover lots of good works and people on this site!

Today, however, found something interesting - LOTS of poets left reviews to ONE work, all had weird names but who doesn't (look at mine;) so as always-checked them out - neither have written poems listed on the site but made tons of reviews, all of those poets contributed to a single work at the same time. Does that seem questionable to anyone besides me? Here they are:

QUESTION: so if through ratings such as these, a poem wins a daily/monthly or annual contest - will Lulu allow that to happen? ;) What if that poem already won? :)

P.S.
Response to Genuine Poetry (see question below):

To "genuine poetry", it's an important question. so answering cool and smooth :)

no.1: because of the Honor Code - I do not lie, cheat or steal or tolerate it from others (do you?)...something that ANY officer should have in their blood...

no.2: because ONE OF the things that gets people to join the site is the competition, but the rules must be fair, or it is not a competition...

no.3: I don't like cheaters and you are one, unfortunately for you, means you are either bad and cannot win fairly or you are good but too insecure to win fairly...

no.4: finally, your actions are systematic and easily identifiable - the 'fake' comments are made on specific days, to specific poems, to a specific poet - and you are not sophisticated enough to use different IP every time - most likely it is one machine that can be traced...besides any internet user leaves some bread crumbs, that is - the information you send is not yours to owe, so just like forensics - it can be reconstructed...

and as before I told you 'any system has its rebels' - you don't like people attacking you, but you use system weakness to spice up your poems (why? no idea, the poems ARE good! you can win fairly, so whether it is insecurity or not - there is no honor in it)

The primary reason why I care is to see what Lulu is going to do about it...;)

Can they legitimately claim to be such a good organization and do nothing? :) :) :) Do they care about their rep? Do they actually want to give a chance to others? You know, simple honest questions.

But fear not! Since you were so sloppy at working the system, to catch you is nothing special, it's just I would like to see the system owner do it and perhaps they will care enough to pay respect to SO MANY OTHERS that are robbed of a chance to win in a "Fair" competition, and so many of them are simply rated with '1's and kept at bay to clear way for the likes of you...

Do they ignore it? Do they let it go on? :) This kind of things excites me, because there is a chance to improve something they owe and market, chance to help make it fair for all ;)

I hope this satisfies your curiosity.

Blessed be your life and the fortunes of your family, happy upcoming holidays.
