Numbers

1 told 2 it was looking very blue,
3 told 4 to kindly shut the door,
5 told 6, 7 8 9,
10 asked 11 "what is the time?",
12 and 13 both went courting,
14 and 15 watched the clock ticking,
16, for berries went a picking,
17 rode 18 into a prance,
19 asked 20 to a fine dance,
20 refused and asked 0 instead,
But 0 proclaimed it was going to bed!
