Now And Then
All around there is chaos,
Poverty and strife,
In a society resting on a bomb
Built from its ill creations:
We see the future going astray
Not seeming to care
While the tears of the parents
Become too overwhelming to bear.
Everywhere we hear of wars
Even those in the making,
The crimes and violence
is now too terrifying and nerve racking
So the question is asked
By ones, some to young to understand,
If this be now
What will be our position then?
