No Word No Help

Christmas the birth of Christ
Jesus is the living light
when we accept Christ we can live right
in a dark world we'll be the light
this is spiritual insight
our hope didn't die
God didn't lie
we're just too burden to fly

We depend too much on dead things
Stuck on a one night fling
faith vanished like a candy ring
No word and praise
for the king of kings
yet we're committed
to make our own rules
skip sunday school
letting the world play us for fools
Cause we have no truth to live by
soul empty and we ask why
No Godly word, we just cry
the church we just drive by
we believe in God, we just lie
No word No hope
without Jesus we just die
