Nature Is The Answer

The throbbing sound of the sea amplifies
The music of the trees...my silent longings
Are made to thirst for glory days in the sun...
And wanting the sea, dead and gone, even
As the bouyant waves coalesced to swallow
The flotsam of leaves and twigs.
The green color of the fields is golden to me;
It makes me dream of the green grass of
Home--of my childhood (long ago and far away).
The blue color of the sky makes
Me cry for my people--no longer under....
I pray that there be no more dark clouds,
Albeit I know whence the rain cometh to fall
On them--for me. And it is not a question
But a statement of when and how.
...and in my "dialogues with God,"
Nature is the answer.
...and in man with God, that is. Always!
