My Soul Has Lost It's Skeleton

i'm gettin caught up in a train of nonsense
psychobabble constantly streaming through my conscience
its getting louder and louder and my head is about to explode
the times are getting out of hand and i feel like i'm about to lose control

i feel like the world doesn't revolve around
the sun anymore, it revolves around me
i want to cover my ears and drown out all the sound
i want to live my life now but god somehow hasn't allowed me

the lies in my head has devised a way to enslave me
i've given in to the gossip but it hasn't yet re-payed me
i find that i only find solace nowadays when i go to sleep
only to wake up the next morning, screaming and crying, dear god, i'm on my knees

the vicious voices in my head just keeping on hammering
in my skull and its breaking the bones of my soul now its lost its skeleton
the twitching glitches just grind my mind and now its shattering
lost in limbo in a labyrinth of a maze, maybe like a turtle, i'm headed back in its shell again
