My Precious

Her eyes represent glistening waters,
Curtained by dark shadows of the land,
A smile as beautiful as the sun that shines upon her,
A silhouette of golden curls like the shores sands.
Her face is chiselled into a perfect arch,
Her skin as smooth and perfect as glass,
On her face is no blemish or mark,
As she chassed through the long june grass.
Humming a sweet melody in the morning sun,
Picking bright yellow daisies as she walks,
A beautiful scene that does stun,
She laughs softly as behind her ear she tucks a curled lock.
Never can I remove you from my gaze,
Because you my precious set my heart ablaze.
