My Prayer Was Answered

Deep down in a valley
Where I had sank so low,
I could only look up
There was no place, I could go.

It was there I met the Master
He put His hand on me,
Cleansed and made me whole
And said, you've been set free.

Deep down in my heart I ask
Why would He do this for me?
He said a price, already paid
At a place called Calvary.

He spoke about His heaven
No pain or sorrows there,
Saved by grace, and His invitation
God had answered a sinners prayer.
